Ismail is an entrepreneur at heart. After working as a financial controller at HSBC, then as a financial analyst at NCI Capital, he joined Stelleor. His sense of work and his pursuit of continuous improvement led him to always prove to himself that nothing is impossible when given the means.

Ismaïl is an analyst in the Bulgarian team, he mainly addresses M&A and fundraising files.

Ismail is a sportsman who practices football and basketball. He leads social relief activities by providing school support in the most disadvantaged neighborhoods and by contributing to food distributions for people in need.
