Lawyer at the Paris Bar, André boast a triple training: a DEA in Business and Economic Law, an MBA and a Master in Economic and Strategic Intelligence. This solid background has enabled him to work in Parisian business law firms specializing in company law and stock market law. Concurrently, André developed expertise in new technologies and intellectual property.

Within Stelleor, André supports companies on all legal aspects related to their development and the securing of their position in regard to business law, new technology law and intellectual property. In addition to this support, André’s skills are particularly prevalent during due diligence phase on M&A operations.

Although André sees law as an art, he confesses his love for auto mechanics and archeology as hobbies, all whilst listening to a jazz tune.
